Abstract

To know the exact information about the present status of the soft contact lenses various articles of the basic research and the clinical trial of the soft lenses were reviewed.
And the articles of the soft contact lenses were discussed under the following subjects-influence to the cornea including oxygen permeability, optical use, various types of the soft contact lens, therapeutical use, trials of the soft contact lens for the special purposes and miscellaneous.
